When I had my Honda toed to Airport Honda, I received a call from Bill Honda giving me the cost of a replacement. I questioned the cost and Bill treated me as a number and kept telling me he was going by the book. I can understand rules but fail to understand basic customer manners or even efforts to work with me. I wanted so much to look at other options but – with a flat pac tire, no spare, and the major cost of towing across town, there were no other options. Very reluctantly, I agreed to purchase a brand new tire but never heard nothing more from Bill that day. On Monday when I arrived to pick up my Honda, Bill told me he just replaced the damaged tire with a new one. I would have thought there would have been a rotation putting the new one on front but Bill was so into himself, I meant nothing to him. He just simply blew me off as just another number. Not even a thank you or any kind words. I can’t help but wonder how many other customers he has turned off as much as me. This time, I experienced one of the very worse customer relations/customer support that I have ever experienced and I am sorry Airport Honda has such a person in their employment. I will never ever bring my business to Alcoa Honda again and will strongly recommend likewise to others. More
