Excellence in Every Way Salesman Kevin Coffman helped us all along our way as we explored the Accord and the CR-V. His knowledge of the vehicles was consistent with my prior reading, but he knew even more. His hands-on instruction in the car we chose was most helpful, and he was patient. I especially like how he matched his pace to ours: to the point, but friendly, to help us get through a timely process efficiently due to our time frame. We also had the opportunity to meet General Manager Chris Denny. I highly recommend Kevin and Airport Honda if you want a professional car buying experience! A great team! More

Careless and destructive I have taken my car here to have it serviced for an oil change. They break things that shouldn't even be touched. It takes them about an hour and a ha I have taken my car here to have it serviced for an oil change. They break things that shouldn't even be touched. It takes them about an hour and a half to perform an oil change and in that hour and a half they have broken things that I haven't broken in all my years of driving my car. I love my honda and love having it serviced at a dealership but I would sooner let a first grader change my oil and they would break less. They are inconsiderate with your time and will tell you they will call but then never do. They will continue working on whatever they want so they don't have to deal with you. And you will have to wait a good 15 mins just to get taken care of. If you want someone to break parts of your car, don't care about your time being wasted, and enjoy being ignored this is where you need to take your car. When I talked with Rick about what has happened, he doesn't care to apologize or offer anything to keep me a happy and loyal customer. The customer service I received was comparable to making a trip to walmart and there only being one checkout open with 30 customers waiting to leave. You have no option but to wait and suffer through the agony. I will no longer be taking my car to be serviced here, nor will I ever return unless a part they replaced fails and I do not have the money to take it to another shop to fix. More
