Want a Pro to see, The man is J.B. We came to the dealership with a TrueCar price for the CR-V we wanted. JB met us as we got out of the car and offered to help us. We needed an apprais We came to the dealership with a TrueCar price for the CR-V we wanted. JB met us as we got out of the car and offered to help us. We needed an appraisal on our trade. The value of the trade would determine whether we could close the deal. While the appraisal was being made, JB took us on a test drive and explained the features of the car. He did an excellent job. He was knowledgable about the product and answered all our questions. He was very professional, providing help when asked. He was never pushy.
