The guest experience at the dealership was not warm and welcoming. In the finance department, Jeremy Rivas, left after the deal was closed without informing me. Taking lunch while a customer is in your office is very unprofessional and inappropriate. He did not acknowledge this after informing him that this was disrespectful. Another occurrence, I returned to see Jeremy and turned in some paperwork. I waited 2 hours for him to become available until I spoke with a Sales manager and found out that I only needed to drop it off. Once the deal is closed, the care and attention to the customer stop there at this dealership. Jeremy does not respect his customers' time and practices poor basic customer service and etiquette. My experience with Jeremy was horrendous and failed to establish a returning loyal customer. More

My lease (2021 Mazda Cx-5) has expired and was told that I won’t be able to lease another one for less than $400 a month, I was paying $278 and did not want to pay much more than that since I’m on a fixed i I won’t be able to lease another one for less than $400 a month, I was paying $278 and did not want to pay much more than that since I’m on a fixed income and have some interest free loans that I need to pay by August and the other one by October. I thought about buying my lease, but Mazda didn’t offer much help. Went online to CarMax to get a quote for my lease and they offer about $4,000 above of what I owed. I saw that Al Hendrickson Toyota was advertising lease cars with a low monthly payment. So, I decided to stop by and see what they have to offer. Just wanted to see my options. They said the low monthly payment leases were based on a large downpayment. I told them that maybe I could put a large downpayment if I sold the vehicle to CarMax. The sales manager, Dimitry immediately discourage me, saying CarMax never pay what they said it would. Several times I tried to leave but he kept coming back with a deal, but still wasn’t good enough because my payments would be higher than I wanted to be. At some point I told him I needed to think about and also check other options and left. I was about to leave the parking lot when he came out with another offer, which seemed decent, so I came back in with him, when I realized I had to put in a downpayment of $3,000. I already have spent about 4 hours in the dealership. By that time, I was tired, so confused and wanted to leave, but didn’t because every time they tried to make a deal with me. After six hours I finally left with a Corolla and a payment of $360. A lot higher payment than I wanted it and left with a feeling of dread that a have just made a huge mistake. To say the least this was one of the most horrendous experiences of my life. More

I had to bring my new car, 10 days ago, in so the insulation under the hook and over the engine could be replaced. It was all torned up by probably gophers in your parking lot.
