I had to drive almost 300 miles for screwups during the transaction and to reprogram my second key. I don't know why a second key wasn't available at the time of purchase. I was offered by the finance peo transaction and to reprogram my second key. I don't know why a second key wasn't available at the time of purchase. I was offered by the finance people to write a check for $3,500.00 to take the car with me Sunday and comeback two days later with the $1,500.00 remaining. I wrote the check Tuesday and asked the guy to deposit it on Thursday cause I sold my car and the $13,000 amount was going to be available Thursday. Your guy deposited Wednesday ( to my surprise) and yessss, I bounced and I was charged $72,00 fee. I had to go back with a new check a day after to give the remaining of the down payment. I called the guy who programs the key and never returned my call or text. I received a call from Willy to go back there for the guy to program the second key. I live in Palm Beach Gardens and there we go again to your dealer The only guy that I find very professional was the Sales Manager Lazaro. The finance guy I guess his name is Kim or Mike , better not comment. The sales guy average. If I would recommend your dealership to someone I would tell the person going there to buy a car to talk first to Lazaro. The only one who didn't tell me lies. No more comments More
