Al Hendrickson Toyota

I have a new lease sold to me under false pretenses. My most important car qualification was SAFETY. I got the XLS, top of the line, and promised every safety feature. Not only that, I auto-paid for the car I turned in on May 28. I bought this lease on May 30. I will happily pay for those two days,but on June 5 the finance company received approx. $437 for the car I no longer lease PLUS $389 for the promotional price on my replacement. They will not refund my money, so I am paying over $800 for two cars this month; of course I only have one. Most unethical in every way...False promotion, false sales pitch, false customer service, shameful way to treat a customer. More

Don't waste your time with Al Hendrickson Toyota, they can not be trusted to honor their word. I instead bought a Prius from Sun Toyota and gave them a 5 Star rating. I would give Al Hendrickson no stars if it was possible. I have never been treated so disrespectfully at any other dealership. Don't bother complaining to the management because they don't care either. More
