I went in for a simple oil change at 12:00pm that was scheduled not a walk in, I had to wait over 3.5 hrs for my vehicle could be completed I left there at 3:45pm , I really don’t understand why if you h scheduled not a walk in, I had to wait over 3.5 hrs for my vehicle could be completed I left there at 3:45pm , I really don’t understand why if you have a scheduled appointment it should take them over 3.5 hrs for a simple oil change Iam so dissatisfied with service. I did not have a good experience. I’ve been taking my car there for service for 2 years. Yesterday was busy. Finally someone in service asked if they could help me and then directed me to “my” advisor and there for service for 2 years. Yesterday was busy. Finally someone in service asked if they could help me and then directed me to “my” advisor and I stood and waited another 15 minutes for him while others were free. There is not really a “my advisor” since it is different each time so there is no knowledge of customer or the car (no relationship). When I did a dealer chat to complain and was told someone would call. When they did, it was a salesman asking “I got a message you were looking for a car but I wasn’t told which one”. I said “no I didn’t call for a car...” and then he hung up before I finished “I was calling with a service concern”. The only thing I got was “my advisor” coming in sheepishly telling me I didn’t need an oil change and tire rotation but $700 with of stuff with no explanation of why, but again it was pretty obvious I was not happy. I then retexted and asked the GM to call me. No call. I have had Toyota’s for over 20 years. The next one will not be purchased from this dealer, nor will my service be either if no one is going to follow up with me. More
