He told me to bring the car some other day to see the AC, Today you will have only your oil change. I said OK, but please make a note and do not forget about... I bought last 8th of august and Oscar was Off, so I talked to Robert, I explained about my AC, but he said there was nothing on the records... I said: well may be Oscar didn't write well the note, but he gave me his word he wouldn't forget. Well, the thing is that I paid for the labor... It is not a matter of $80, but the aptitud... Good Service At my age 86 young years I could not find my way out of parking lot. I'm also sure there must be a easier way to leave the parking lot for first timers. Even after asking two people for directions I had a problem. I finally got to entrance from Sample only to find out it is a one way in. Hopefully on my next visit I won't have this problem. Thankfully the service was good and I am well please with the service and car. More

Awful experience I brought my 2011 4Runner which only has 85000 miles for service . They claim to have fixed the issue and charged me $2,300.00. I picked up my vehicle and drove it less than 70 miles and it had the same issue. I brought it back and they said that it will cost me another 1,000.00 to fix. The service manager had no sympathy and said “sorry there’s nothing we can do, you got to pay the additional amount if you want to get your vehicle fixed. They didn’t fix nothing. Al henderickson toyota are a bunch of ripoffs. Don’t go there!! More
