They would not sell me a truck because I was out of state. Their policy is only to sell to people in their dealership. They told me to buy an airline ticket and before I fly, call to see if the truck was still there. I have bought vehicles all over the US for my company and never have I run into a dealership with such a stupid policy. I would steer clear of this operation. More

The last time I’ve had my car serviced at this location for the last 9 years and yesterday will the the last time stepping foot back there. I had a 7 am appt for an I’ve had my car serviced at this location for the last 9 years and yesterday will the the last time stepping foot back there. I had a 7 am appt for an oil change and could t understand why there were people that came in after me waited and left before me. At 8:30 (promised time) when I went to check on the status of my car the guy told me 15 more min. He then came about 5 min later to give me $400 service recommendations which means they hadn’t even looked at the car. I expressed my frustration and the response I received was that the other people left before me because they came in for minor things. I came in for an oil change!!!! He told me 15 more min. 45 min later I asked to speak to a manager to help expedite the process. The manager wasn’t apologetic or anything. This was the most frustrating experience and I will never return. More
