Too many small issues Carolina did a good job, and the reason for my less than excellent experience is more my own fault due to it being my first time buying a used car and Carolina did a good job, and the reason for my less than excellent experience is more my own fault due to it being my first time buying a used car and putting myself in a situation where I had to buy a car while I was there. The car only came with one key, no floor mats, had a warning the second time I drove it. Due to it being an Audi they couldn’t help with the warning. Overall probably not a bad dealership but a lesson learned to be more cautious next time I buy a used car. More
