Poor customer service We have a question relating to the bumper (back left bumper) separating from the vehicle. Shedrick decided it was a factory default. It did not exist We have a question relating to the bumper (back left bumper) separating from the vehicle. Shedrick decided it was a factory default. It did not exist previously. If this is a factory default then a repair should be available. Shedrick did not offer a repair service (we have an extended warranty, which should not matter). The truck is brand new with 5,000 miles. His attitude was odd at best, to big of a fight to-go-round-and-round. If I have a choice I will take my vehicle elsewhere. However, I paid for my vehicle and warranty at Hendrickson; follow through. More
