Above and beyond Derick was my sales guy. I can not say enough about him. Polite, courtesy extended every way, knowledgeable...... he even drove my new van to me so I Derick was my sales guy. Bad, unethical, unprofessional My wife and I have been coming to Al Hendrickson for over 8 years and buy cars with Frank S. So far it has been an excellent treatment when we had exc My wife and I have been coming to Al Hendrickson for over 8 years and buy cars with Frank S. So far it has been an excellent treatment when we had excellent credit and building credit. I went there and as usual I contacted Frank and explain my situation. I drove out with a new Toyota and contract signed, also left a down payment in a form of a check to be cashed 3 weeks after contract signed. After few days after 3 weeks (Check still not cashed) I contacted Frank to ask him why the check was never cashed. Well after few minutes Frank called me and told me that he has great news and they will lower the payment of the car and that I have to be there asap for the to take effect. I went to Al Hendrickson right after work, I met with Frank and he told me to meet with the finance guy, after waiting for an hour, Frank kindly walked me to an office and asked to wait for the finance guy, few minutes after, Jake Trainer walked into the office and demand more money for the down payment (now this is almost 4 weeks since contract was signed and already driving the car as a done deal. He told me that the original finance person who made the deal does not work there anymore. Basically, this Jake person (manager) told me in a disrespectful way that he is not willing to lose money with this deal and he is willing to get the car back since it was their mistake and take responsibility for their mistake. Now it has been almost 4 weeks that bank approved the loan and nobody and Al Hendrickson bothered to follow up with anybody the bank or me), I would say that bank approved the loan back then, and since Al Hendrickson never sent the contract to them on time (or never), deal changed and the dealer easy way to get out of it is to make me come up with more money or they will get the car back. Jake never gave me other options but to surrender the car to him. More

My service writer was very accommodating, and after registering services needed, assured a shuttle ride for me to work. Later he phoned me as to additional services indicated, and explained which services were needed now. the selected services were completed in a timely fashion, and he phoned to say I could pick up my car. All and all the service as usual was outstanding. The only quirk was that the car wash was not operating, but that was only an minor concern, and did not lessen my satisfaction with with the fine treatment I always receive at Al Hendrickson Toyota More
