Al Hendrickson Toyota: I have called and spoken with Jessica who doesnt have the manager call back, letters, contacted Toyota Corporate, comment and blocked on facebook, came in person, and made a BBB complaint which you just skipped over. How about get me out of the car I was forced in to. How about not lying to a customer and fraudulently lie to force someone into a car they didnt want. How about follow the terms and conditions you set up on a program instead of the program being a gimmick. How about not selling used cars if the dealer only want to move their own brand instead. I want out of this garbage Toyota I never wanted and in the Charger or Mustang I was in/looking for. What else must I have to do to make you right your wrong? You sell a car to me and make a mistake, you forcibly make a customer sign a new contract for a car they dont want or never wanted to buy in Toyota. Dont lie to potential/past customers in your sales tactics,especially when they do everything right unded your own Loyalty Program when the dealer refuses to be loyal. Should be called the Liar Program as the dealer can lie at any time just to get a sale. I should have let you call the cops as I would have got my car back.
