Service Shedrick always does a good job of making sure my car is taken care. I like my Camry but find the road noise is terrible. Bait and switch with $2800 added Contacted the Internet sales guy from Through CarGurus. They advertised a price of that was a good price and then after driving 40 Miles each way, t Contacted the Internet sales guy from Through CarGurus. They advertised a price of that was a good price and then after driving 40 Miles each way, they said there Fees are and additional 2800+ and that, it is what it is. I over herd one of the "managers" stating to a customer that we advertise great prices because we are going to charge more fees than other dealers. I called the Internet Sales Associate " Steven T. Jennings" after I left, and left a message that I felt mislead. He said the fees are not part of the "cost" of buying a car VIA Text not a phone call. Texting a response was unprofessional and any buy or business person knows that all expanses and fees of purchasing = Cost of the purchase. Economics and Accounting 101. I am guessing that was taught different at what ever school they were taught at. Unless you want to argue a lot and be mislead, I would advise staying away from this dealership. More
