Six days after buying the car the battery broke, they simply said they couldn't do anything because the battery has no warranty. I understand that the 2021 RAV4 was not a new car, however a battery doesn simply said they couldn't do anything because the battery has no warranty. I understand that the 2021 RAV4 was not a new car, however a battery doesn't even last a week and they don't even care about it. I was a customer of Al Hendrickson for 19 years. After this, I will never buy a car from this dealer again. More
