The sales process took entirely too long. The sales team are entirely too aggressive and pushy with their communications. Very little was explained to me about how to operate the car with the car came with the service and maintenance Schedule. Did not even get a mention of a congratulations or a handshake and never even met the sales manager, who apparently negotiated with me on a final price did not have the option of choosing what insurance company I would use. The dealership lacks in many ways-Will not be using this dealership nor recommending them nor giving them high marks for satisfaction. More

Our experience at this dealership was very good. I was a little concerned after what I had read online, but apparently they have changed ownership this last year. Our sales associate was Marianela. There were a few items I asked her to help me with and her attention to detail was on point. She is very knowledgeable, yet laid-back enough to be pleasant to deal with. She has many years experience and you can spot her easily across the crowded showroom or parking lot by looking for her ball cap! The guy that handled our finance was Andres and he was also very kind. I would recommend the dealership. More
