Promise us another smart key at no cost with our purchase because the vehicle only had one. Made us wait an hour after we closed the deal only to make excuses that they needed a manager to cut the key and he because the vehicle only had one. They have only one replacement smart key no other in stock seems very strange. I saw a car for 19,988 and told the sales guy about my pre approval he was trying rush through the paperwork and when I came back the next day he didn’t want to even give me the “thumb drive” which is not convenient for people that don’t know how to work that type of stuff like I said if you are not careful they will get you. So when I was going over my paperwork i noticed the price of the car was 21,400 which is not what I said also, he added all these fees that I already told him I did not want which means he do not care about his customers. Then even did not put my pre approval on there but instead gave me some xx creditor with horrible interest. I wish I read the reviews before I came down there because if I did I would’ve know that’s all they do is try to get over on people and that’s not ok.10000 thumbs down More
