There were many irregularities regarding my financing and I had to go to the dealer about 4 times, the first two they added guarantees that I did not want, they did not respect the one we wanted to put my ca I had to go to the dealer about 4 times, the first two they added guarantees that I did not want, they did not respect the one we wanted to put my car in the name of the company. With each time we went the attitude of the staff changed from being friendly at the beginning to not being friendly, making me wait more than an hour on several occasions to be attended to, I called the dealer several times to ask if the head of financing was there and they cut off my call, so I had to make long trips from my house to the dealership to solve this problem, disorganizing the things I had planned for the day.Now last it was assumed that everything was arranged and that the negotiation that was made would be respected. when I open my Setf account I see that the contract I uploaded is not the same as the last one I signed because my 3-month grace period is not contemplated. All the times I have gone to make the claim I have not been disrespectful even though I felt humiliated by the way I ended up finding that just as they put things in, they took away certain agreements.The loss of time and the fact that I live far from the dealership. And that the only reason I went there was on the recommendation of one of their customers, who accompanied me on the last few occasions and we have agreed not to recommend this dealership due to the number of irregularities. Now I have to call the financing area to solve this last problem because in all my previous contracts until the last one a grace period was contemplated and my payments began in January, this last one that was posted on the page which is not the one I have comes out that my payment is in December.Because of my age, being a woman over 50, the last thing I want is problems and all of this means that my experience in buying my new car makes me feel completely dissatisfied and sad.
