I came here because of the Costco auto program. I don’t appreciate spending 7 hours to buy a car that was already supposedly pre-negotiated for me. The sales woman was very communicative, however I I don’t appreciate spending 7 hours to buy a car that was already supposedly pre-negotiated for me. The sales woman was very communicative, however I had an appointment at 6pm and was waiting until 6:40pm. The sales manager was looking at videos on his phone while the sales woman took our paperwork to someone to crunch numbers. Why was there a line of salespeople and only one number cruncher? And why was the sales manager basically doing the same thing? The finance manager was efficient, I appreciate the follow up with my paperwork after the sale. If he knew I could not leave the dealership without insurance, why didn’t someone tell me before 10:30pm to arrange my insurance? My insurance 800 number didn’t answer at midnight when I needed to move insurance?. The gentleman from insurance was a saint and was so patient and courteous to find me insurance at midnight. The point of this is that you didn’t honor my Costco auto program deal and I wouldn’t go back. More
