Dropped off my car for an oil change on 9/23/23. Upon doing inspection they called and said the battery did not pass and didn't have any in stock. They put me in a rental. Texted me 2 days later saying they were extending the rental for 2 more days (still waiting for battery). Then I heard NOTHING for weeks! I called the service department every couple of days just to be put on hold for quite a while. I finally emailed the GM on 8/19. Miraculously, the afternoon of 8/20 I got a text that my car was finished. When I picked up the car it was filthy and covered in bird crap!! Unfortunately, I didn't have time to ask them to wash the car. Very poor customer service and communication! More

Don't even SIT in a car until you get the FULL out the door price. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with a salesman and the E-sales guy about a vehicle and didn't find out until the LAST second they cha door price. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with a salesman and the E-sales guy about a vehicle and didn't find out until the LAST second they charged $1000 more for out of state buyers (illegal according to my attorney!), AND charged HUGE fees for titling, etc. I have bought and sold over 84 cars in my lifetime, and NEVER run into such evasive practices. And by the way, this would have been a CASH sale, i.e. immediate since I was prepared to wire the money to their financial institution! Beware! The system forced me to point to a person I dealt with and I will not do that. It was the responsibility of the dealership to be clear and fair on pricing. I just put down a xx Name More
