New ownership would not honor previous deals to loyal customers like myself. From other reviews it also seems like they treat their employees terribly. This was my first time at this Toyota dealership, I must say, I was impressed by the customer service. Jarret did an awesome job of keeping me updated on the status and cost of my vehicle repairs.
