I had a 7:30 AM appointment they couldn't locate. I had an engine code that I gave them. I expected them to run their own diagnostics. I didn't expect it to take five hours to do the diagnostic. And I had an engine code that I gave them. I expected them to run their own diagnostics. I didn't expect it to take five hours to do the diagnostic. And then three hours to do a one hour job. The people were great service was just really slow even for Saturday. More
