Etienne was very professional - what I dislike is the going back-and-forth between the sales person and the manager to try to get you to pay a little more, or up your budget. I understand this is how it is in most dealerships, but it is still very time consuming, and would make me reconsider coming back. everything was good apart from when I came to pick up a vehicle after some work was done, there was less than a quarter of a tank of gas and I was told there was no gas to be had which I also understand. I would have thought the dealership would have given me a gift card after I spent over $35,000 on a vehicle. More
