Went to buy a Mercedes Benz C300; in the price negotiation the dealership added $4K to the price for new AMG Rims and tires. The problem is they were counterfeit products. In my conversations I wa negotiation the dealership added $4K to the price for new AMG Rims and tires. The problem is they were counterfeit products. In my conversations I was told the GM has a relationship with a supplier and adds parts to several other pre owned cars and trucks. I also asked for the paperwork to prove authenticity, in the end I left and went to a Mercedes dealership and showed the photos of the rims and confirmed my suspicion. If its AMG it will say AMG... Beware of parts add on, and or deceptive add on tactics from this GM, and his un ethical practices. More

By far what I expected my first experience to be where do I even start. I brought my car in to be serviced and although I was supposed to go to someone named Christos kalu I was recommended to go to Henry du I even start. I brought my car in to be serviced and although I was supposed to go to someone named Christos kalu I was recommended to go to Henry due to Henry’s great customer service. I went to henry instead to avoid any problems and everything went smoothly(would definitely recommend henry to anyone). The problem was until I went to go pick up my car. I was looking into doing certain things to my car and was advised that I go towards the service department and talk to someone so as I went back to pick up my car I had to go and pick it up from christos. Upon meeting Christos I decided to begin to ask him a question towards working on my car and he rudely cut me off mid sentence and told me “imma cut you off right there and save you the time your answer is no” I was confused to that response so I ask him again and he.tells me “listen unless you go above and beyond with Toyota then your answer is still no”. Instead of sitting there and talking with me trying to explain why the answer was no he “wanted to save time” or atleast talking to me trying to give me some form of alternative try to leave me off with a pleasant mood. What made it even worse was instead of telling me that everything was done he just left my key on the counter and it wasn’t until I asked him he just looked at me and said yes trying to get rid of me so that he could go back and have a chat and laugh with his friends at the service desk…. It sucks that I’m paying so much money for my car to receive poor customer service such as Christos is portraying for the company. He really needs to take another training and treat people more decently instead of like an animal. More
