Process was supposed to take 1 hour as I was told but ended up taking almost 3!! Every time I asked how much longer, they said they were almost done. The service was good but I had a 10am app. for an oil change for both my cars and waited for over 2 hrs. My cars were just sitting in the lot and if didn’t say anything I would have waited muc for an oil change for both my cars and waited for over 2 hrs. Great service overall, Klaus Cobb is the best. I haven't been disappointed so far. They go beyond to try and fix whatever the problem is with the vehicle and keep you updated with every step.
