I had to go to the dealership twice to get my service done correctly. The second visit I had to talk to a service manger to get them to do their 15K mile check on my Highlander. The first time they did not fill the windshield wiper fluid or rotate the tires even though the document they gave me said they did. I do not know what else they skipped so I had to return to the dealership. I was very disappointed in the person who serviced my vehicle. More

Great service overall, Klaus Cobb is the best. I haven't been disappointed so far. They go beyond to try and fix whatever the problem is with the vehicle and keep you updated with every step. Negotiation does not work here. The out-the-door price was okay, but I found out after the fact that Earl Stewart Toyota had far less markup than this dealer. He made a "mistake" of a few thousand dollars right before I was going to sign off on the deal, but luckily I caught it before signing anything.
