I have been coming here for at least 6 years. The service has become HORRIBLE. The wait is too long. Chris Leporte was very rude to me. Do not schedule so many appointments if you do not have the technicians to do the job. Service advisors are sitting around talking while their co worker is swamped with many customers in line. Offer to help out if you don't have a customer in that moment. The customer experience has long gone and it's now a nightmare frankly. This used to be the VERY BEST Toyota dealership in South Florida, now it's just like the rest. More

The first two times I came for service, I didn’t have a great experience with other people but John made up for that this time around. He was very attentive and kept me informed along the way. He was also on time for my appointment which I greatly appreciated it since everyone else came in super late. Why make clients make appointments when you have no way of honoring them? Waiting 3 hours to have a battery recall checked is unacceptable & had to abort the rest of the requested service. The “oh, well” laissez affaire attitude of staff tells this is the norm, acceptable & too bad as people are just cattle or sheep. Not having it, will not return.
