The sales area of the dealership is excellent but service needs new management. It is shady. I was told I needed a new transmisdion on a 9 yr old car when all thry needed to do was change a filter,oil and se needs new management. It is shady. He was told repeatedly that my bank of interest is Space Coast Credit Union. To which he agreed. He said AL HENDRICKSON deals with that bank, so there's was no need to apply to any other bank. I emphasized Coast Credit Union. To which he agreed. He said AL HENDRICKSON deals with that bank, so there's was no need to apply to any other bank. I emphasized that I only want my credit run once for the said bank. Shortly after purchasing the 2021 RAV4, I kept receiving numerous banking institutes denying me approval to purchase the said car. It cost me a 67 decrease on my credit report. I tried to get it resolved at the dealer location but to no avail. No one returned my calls. More

Chris has to be the worst service advisor I have ever dealt with. He kept my vehicle for a month claiming he’s waiting for the warranty company for approval.
