You providing wrong information for the clients. I bought 2017 Ford Mustang GT Premium. Your sales manager said that 100% the vehicle is Fully inspected! When I signed the papers my wife was trying I bought 2017 Ford Mustang GT Premium. Your sales manager said that 100% the vehicle is Fully inspected! When I signed the papers my wife was trying to adjust the right mirror (next to you dealer) and the mirror broken. I paid for it my money in official dealership around $400. This car also sold for me with 1 key, I bought 2nd for $400. And the biggest problem your dealer hod the information about recalls!!! Official dealer doesn't have the parts for it and doesn't know when will receive. This car bought for my rental company, I use turo, and turo blocking the listing of this mustang!! I have losing time, money and pay for it 👎 More

Overall poor experience. Came in to look for a pre-owned vehicle advertised on your website, and was not there any longer. I also brought in my car for a trade-in. When I told the sales person I wanted to leave to go to the new sales department and to release the trade-in vehicle to me so I could leave. They pressured me to look at other vehicles. I had my heart set on walking away with a truck, and on buying a new hybrid. After looking throughout the lot, I found a pre-owned Prius, but the price was just as a new Prius. The salesperson said they could discount it further, and I said let's see the numbers. Long story short, after 4 hours of negotiation, where the sales manager would not let me leave, I grudgingly accepted an offer. Overall very poor customer service. The sales manager was rude and made snarly remarks. The finance person who completed the paperwork for me had difficulties transferring my tag, and I had to walk out with a temporary tag, and not the one from my old car. After 3 weeks I have yet to receive my registration. I have been a faithful Toyota owner since 2010, I have traded 4 vehicles in the course of the past 12 years, always at Toyota dealers, and never before had such a poor experience. More
