My service writer/tech Klaus is the reason I have kept my business with Al Hendrickson. He goes "above & beyond." He absolutely LOVES his customers and he always answers all of my questions. He always confirms if I need a shuttle and keeps me posted on status of my vehicle. I have recommended 2 family members who purchased vehicles as well. The staff is just a pleasure to work with but my #1 personnel there is Klaus and as long as he's there, I'll continue to patron the business. More

During my four-hour visit as a single woman, during which I made a purchase, neither Nick, Bernard, nor London offered even a bottle of water despite this being a customer appreciation event. Nick provided less than minimal knowledge or information about the vehicle based on my research, which I later discovered has a blown speaker. Bernard initially led me to believe that my financing was being handled by my preferred bank, only for me to later realize I had been transferred to an affiliate, making me ineligible for the warranty I was promised due to the car’s mileage. I proceeded with the purchase because it was a good deal; however, given the experience, I do not believe either gentleman deserves a commission, if applicable. deserve the commission if one is available.
