I bought the car at Al Hendrickson which is closeby to where I live, so I take my car there for service. However, last time I was told that there were not enough drivers, so they could take me home instea where I live, so I take my car there for service. However, last time I was told that there were not enough drivers, so they could take me home instead of waiting 3 hours at the dealership, but they couldn't pick me up when the car was ready. At the end, they did send me a driver. I think this is a great service and Al should pay more for these drivers to stay! More

The service rep was pleasant. & so were the gentlemen moving the cars; however I had a set 10:30am appointment for oil change & tire rotation that did not warrant a 4 hour wait.
