Need to train your employees on better customer service. When I approached one one of the service techs to ask where was Oscar his response was as if I was a nuisance. When I went to the cashier to pay my invoice she was on a personal phone and never acknowledged me as a consumer. Looking to get service at another Toyota dealership in the future. More

Your service advisor was very pleasant.I was very disappointed… I was told I needed battery because it was no good, but I had it tested and it was a good battery.I have the paper to prove it. They told me last year I needed wipers and I am still using them of course they said nothing about the wipers this year. Very sad!! More
