I have to say I received excellent service. I had to return to the dealership when I noticed my tire pressures were not being reported after a tire rotation. A front and rear tire on our 2018 Camry needed replacement after we struck a curb on Nov.24, 2021 and needed two new tires. We called Klaus Cobb at Al Hendrickson Service Dept. and Klaus quickly s replacement after we struck a curb on Nov.24, 2021 and needed two new tires. We called Klaus Cobb at Al Hendrickson Service Dept. and Klaus quickly scheduled us for an appointment the day after Thanksgiving. He examined the tires and recommended the best matching tires for our car. He also recommended a wheel alignment since we had hit a curb and also had the mechanic thoroughly checkout our suspension to make sure it was not damaged and checked all the fluids. 3 hours later Klaus called saying the car was ready and that all was well with the car. He explained what services had been performed and put our minds at ease. Klaus is a true competent professional and a master at his craft. I must also add that he has excellent 'people skills" and treats his customers with respect and honesty. I highly recommend Klaus as the person to see when you want your vehicle serviced.
