Mr.Colon has been taking care of me for a couple of years now and through 3 different cars at this dealership. He is great. I think management needs an upgrade. Since Al Sr handed over the reins to Al Jr., the dealership has lost some of its luster; this is partly due to Covid-19, but I think this is what happens with all family businesses as they pass from one generation to another; because of the vision and efforts of the parent, the younger generation is simply not as “hungry” and that ultimately shows in how the business is managed. They are still better than most, but I really think ownership needs to due and assessment and then take a more hands-on approach in bringing back the company’s luster. Ps: I think it is a bit ridiculous that Mr. Colin’s name is STILL not on the Service Department’s list. It’s little things like this that add up to big things. More

Your service advisor was very pleasant.I was very disappointed… I was told I needed battery because it was no good, but I had it tested and it was a good battery.I have the paper to prove it. Need to train your employees on better customer service. When I approached one one of the service techs to ask where was Oscar his response was as if I was a nuisance.
