Terrible customer service! Total disregard for the customers time. Service managers were dismissive and unwilling to try and comprehend my concerns. Bug sign up that says to ask for Al Sr. or Al Jr. i customers time. Service managers were dismissive and unwilling to try and comprehend my concerns. I almost never buy vehicles from dealers because it feels better to stick a needle into my eye. However, purchasing our 2020 Toyota was a really pleasant experience at Al Hendrickson's. There was zero pressure from the moment we entered the lot until we drove away in our new van. Lipton Toyota screwed us on our last two purchases. The last time they lied and literally stole $2,000 from us. We will NEVER go back there. Keep up the good work Al Hendrickson. You will take all of their business from Lipton. More
