Came in for a tire rotation on my Tacoma, Chris in the service department was great! However, I tried to get in contact with the parts department 4 times earlier that day to get a quote on a part, and was service department was great! It wasn't a dropped call type of hang-up either, it was a "yeah one second" and then hangs up kind of deal. On my 5th attempt, I left a voicemail about my inquiry with my contact info and received no response. I bought the part I was looking for at a different Toyota instead. More

The sunglasses holder broke, days after buying a brand new HL. Called service center for appointment. Got there and didn’t have the piece to repair. Took 4 months to get it repaired. I have waited to give a review because somethings about the experience were very good but I questioned some others. I am not sure what is looked at in the 130 point service check but The driver side mirror the experience were very good but I questioned some others. I found the part for $148 And put it on myself But Thought that it should have been caught in the dealer inspection of the car. When I got home I took a closer look at the rear tires and saw that the passenger side tire was very close to the wear indicator. I know that this is a used car And it will not be perfect. Even with all of this, I am very pleased with the car. I probably could have been more vocal in dealing with the problems, but did not feel that the dealer was really Interested in hearing me and Really only interested in making a sale. They did quickly repair some body dings which I was extremely grateful for And we're very efficient in completing the paperwork for the sale. Not having purchased a vehicle through an outlet Before Has been a learning experience. With that said, If offered the same opportunity I would Purchase this vehicle again From Al Hendrickson Toyota but deal with a few things very differently. More
