Despite an oil change appointment, an hour later, and as I was looking around your lot, I found my car... wasn’t even moved. I brought it to the attention of the service agent, and he said it was a mistake I was looking around your lot, I found my car... wasn’t even moved. When he wasn’t available I asked another agent if I could see the manager. When he learned I was waiting for a Supra, he replied they take a long time. I told him I would still like to talk to manager, and he refused! (He had no idea how long I had been waiting.) He said he refused to get me the manager because “he’s going to tell you the same thing.” I purchased my 2020 Supra here, but won’t be returning. I also own other Toyotas, so I’ll simply go to Delray instead. More
