Hi there. Thank you for replying. All I ask is that associates learn how to respect a customer’s time and schedule. I kept telling the man who helped me that I have a newborn at home and I had to get back home asap. I told him three times. I texted him “how much longer” and he kept replying with “let me check with the tech.” My husband and I are currently using one car and he had to go to work. Four hours to change a battery isn’t acceptable. I’ve come here many times to change my battery since I have lifetime warranty. It has never taken 4 hours to change it. The tech did an inspection on my car, which I never asked for because I was on a time crunch. And the associate came back to me 2 hours later with a list of things my car apparently needs. Again, I only came in for a battery change which took another 2 hours. Henry and Chris are awesome at what they do. They weren’t the ones who helped me this time around though. It was another man, but next time I’ll be sure to go to them. They were busy that’s why I didn’t go to them.
