They were absolutely wonderful. We did not have an appointment, however, since the check engine light was on they took us anyway without any trouble. This Trash dealer told me they can not fix the leather they put in my seats, what a nightmare experience I have in this dealer, I pay $2500 for authentic leather seats for my 4runner 2022 and they just pu they put in my seats, what a nightmare experience I have in this dealer, I pay $2500 for authentic leather seats for my 4runner 2022 and they just put leather covers on my seats and when I ask to fix this they just told me that the order they made it was not specific, the paper that they do by their own that I never touched or even saw that piece of paper, I ask for a refund and they just told is not their problem, can you believe this? Don't even get close to this dealer they will rip you off More
