Charles never contacted me or called me to let me know my vehicle was ready. I verified with him that he had my number and he said yes while talking on the phone (Sounded personal). When I arrived he said he vehicle was ready. I verified with him that he had my number and he said yes while talking on the phone (Sounded personal). When I arrived he said he called me twice, when I checked he had a random phone number. He told me my vehicle was going to be 2 hours but instead waited 3 hours. He never went through anything with me about my vehicle. Also, I made an appointment with him to get tints done on Monday morning and he never put my appointment in. More
