Here it is 2 weeks later & I'm still waiting for the 3rd part to be installed on my dashboard even after receiving messages on two different occasions that parts were in & two appointments that resulted in part to be installed on my dashboard even after receiving messages on two different occasions that parts were in & two appointments that resulted in proper parts not in. I have had 5 appointments regarding this issue without results. This is a gross misuse of my time. I am a very dissatisfied customer. This is poor job performance. More

Service center facilities should be upgraded like Toyota of Deerfield Beach. Standing in the heat to interact with reps is unnecessary.
