From the second I came to the dealership, it was a welcoming and swift experience. The car was already for me to test drive and Charles was great at explaining everything about the car and all the ben welcoming and swift experience. I took my car oil change and rotation of tire, which were not done. The Mechanic damage the battery connection and I got charge for something that was not broken.. Very upsetting.. not done. Al Hendrickson's parking lot was overflowing. But the Service guy, Chris K., came out to meet me in the line and get my service started because I had an appointment.
