Went in for 15000 mile service for my car. I also had a legitimate issue where my car would make a humming noise coming from the dashboard when my vehicle was in motion. I had mentioned this as I made the appointment so the service department was aware. I was working with Chris K. and brought up the situation with him at the service desk and he told me they cannot look into the humming issue with my car, they can only do the service. I came in on a Saturday with an appointment as this is the only time I’m free. He told me I would have to come in on another day for that issue as Saturday’s are “too busy.” That doesn’t work for me due to work and my schedule. Horrible customer service as you can imagine when they can’t even help me with an actual problem I’m having with my car that I brought up when making the appointment. With an appointment, it took 3.5 hours for just the factory service. Ridiculous. Chris’ personality and attitude was also pretty cold towards me and I didn’t feel like he legitimately wanted to help me. I will be requesting another service representative next time. More

I appreciate the customer service , They acknowledge the problem and took care in repairing the recall problem. But as a customer they should be able to walk us through all the work done on our car. They took all of 2 hours and I did not recognize any difference. Show me what was done on the car. I should be proven what was done by the tech worker etc., But yeah., More
