I dropped my car off at 07:30 and was told two hours. They didn't contact me to tell me what was going on and I tried telephoning at least 8 times. I didn't manage to speak to a person in the service department at all. All of the 'mailboxes' were full and I was not able to leave a message. I am unable to pick up the car any later than 11.They telephone at just before 3. I had to leave the car overnight. In the morning it was the same trying to get the shuttle. From 07:00 until 07:40 I kept trying to talk to someone and nothing. UltimatelyI had to phone Uber. The car was dirty from being left outside all night and the clock had not been reset after being stopped. The lack of communication was very frustrating and annoying. More
