Made a 12:30 pm appointment online, arrived at 12:15, was told to go check in at counter, at the counter I was told I had to check in with whomever was assigned by the online appointment even though this was told to go check in at counter, at the counter I was told I had to check in with whomever was assigned by the online appointment even though this person wasn't doing anything. Waited 10 minutes while assigned person checked new client, then I checked, walked the lot and then went in the lobby to wait, came back outside at 1:15 pm and saw my car, asked attendant if car had been serviced, he said it hadn't even been moved yet? Another patron said you must be here for the free surviving because they will take the paying customers ahead of you even if they show up after you and that making an appointment for free service was a waste of time. So I sat for another 15 minutes next to my car and waited, I didn't see any of the other cars that were next to me when I checked I n parked next to me around? Maybe the other patron was right about all Hendrickson service? So, I got my fob back from the attendant and left after wasting 2 hours of my work day and never got my car serviced! Lipton Toyota is much closer to my office, but I bought my car at AL Hendrickson, I guess it doesn't matter though. I can't afford to miss a day of work to get my oil changed. My dog has cancer and his chemo treatment takes up most of my Saturday morning. I suppose I will have to go to Lipton Toyota since they are closer during my lunch hour, sorry for the long rant, but I was very frustrated yesterday. More
