I bought the car at Al Hendrickson which is closeby to where I live, so I take my car there for service. However, last time I was told that there were not enough drivers, so they could take me home instea where I live, so I take my car there for service. However, last time I was told that there were not enough drivers, so they could take me home instead of waiting 3 hours at the dealership, but they couldn't pick me up when the car was ready. At the end, they did send me a driver. I think this is a great service and Al should pay more for these drivers to stay! More

My experience was neutral. This was my first time using the service dept. with my new Toyota. The staff was not unfriendly, but just not as welcoming as I would have hoped. The service rep was pleasant. & so were the gentlemen moving the cars; however I had a set 10:30am appointment for oil change & tire rotation that did not warrant a 4 hour wait.
