Dishonest untrustworthy sales associates! I was very disappointed. I went to purchase a car. I had prior approval with capital one advised sales rep and fiancé agent provided amount loan was approved fo disappointed. I went to purchase a car. I had prior approval with capital one advised sales rep and fiancé agent provided amount loan was approved for. They with out telling me financed the loan through Southeastern Toyota instead and stuck me with a 10% interest rate when I was approved for 5% on pre approval. To make matters worse was advised that I would get 3 years service here we are 2nd year in was advised the service only covers 2 free oil change for the year and the 3rd year isn’t even here yet worst experience ever! Extremely dissatisfied. This is the second car I purchased with them will never do business with them again More
