I like working with Henry in service. However the prices are much higher than other places. My husband paid $500 for two tires. I paid $200 for four a couple of years ago somewhere else, for example. Very poorly organized service department.! 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is severely excessive. We were assigned Henry as the service writer while 5 other service wrighters were sitting around oil change and tire rotation is severely excessive. We were assigned Henry as the service writer while 5 other service wrighters were sitting around twiddling their thumbs, causing excessive delays just checking in. After we checked in and signed up, we were informed of the three hour delay, so we had to call an Uber to get home and back so we didn’t have to wait there 3 hours. Then when we finally got the phone call the car was ready, we had to wait again on line to see Henry for the bill for another 14 minutes. Finally we got to the cashier and gave her the 15% off discount coupon, she told us we had to go back to Henry to have the RO adjusted, again another 12 minute wait to see him while other service writers were doing nothing. So we finally get back to the cashier and I tell her that 15% off $69 is not $60.41, but $58 and change. What a waste of time coming to your dealership for a simple service! We felt abused, frustrated and violated! Al, you most certainly need to change the work flow at your dealership! More
The analyst who handled my case was horrible. No clear communication at all. The battery didn't test correctly and I should have been notified but I saw that all the way in the end on the notes provided i communication at all. Also, I asked him how much time they would take he told me 4 hours and then called me back 10 minutes later indicating that the car was ready for pick up. I waited more than 2 and a half hours for an oil change on a Monday. More

I didn’t make an appt but when I drop my car off I walked up to rep Chris! He was not pleasant and was eating in my face. Customer service could be better.
