I love the dealership Jonathan was my salesman and is amazing very honest and help me from start to finish! I had a problem with the service department. My New car broke down I had it towed to the dealer amazing very honest and help me from start to finish! I had a problem with the service department. My New car broke down I had it towed to the dealership because I knew that it was going to be a warranty issue. The next day I got a phone call from cedrick one of the service advisors that is now gone he informed me that I have too many aftermarket accessories hooked my battery which is raining power. The problem is my car died while I was driving which is not a battery issue. Then he told me later that my wiring is sloppy for my aftermarket accessories. Then he told me that my lights and my DVD player in the back will eventually burn out my catalytic converter. I was never given a definitive answer was actually wrong with the vehicle. Even before working on the vehicle they told me it was going to be at least five hours of work. They told me they know nothing about aftermarket yet they knew that that was the issue and they knew that it was gonna be at least five hours. I felt like I was being taken advantage of because I’m a female. I know a little bit about cars that I knew that everything they were telling made no sense. A week went by and I heard nothing yet about a diagnosis my car was done the day that it was brought in but nobody told me. When I got to the dealership to figure out what was going on I had to make a big stink and finally I was able to talk to the actual mechanic and found out the actual issue. The mechanic told me they work for three hours to figure out what the issue was there was one wire that was hooked to a power source that it should not have been hooked to so that was that. I went into go pay and I realize they were charging me for more hours at a higher price that I was promised the receipt also said that I had wires connected to my rearview which is not true I just have a dash cam hooked to my cigarette lighter. Greg one of the managers rectify the issue so everything is all set but I’m still very disappointed in the whole situation I didn’t have a car for a whole week I was not offered a rental and the service provider that was helping me left a few days prior and nobody told me anything until I went to the dealership and had to push to talk to somebody that knew what was actually going on with my car. I would come back to buy a car but I would never ever bring my car in for service ever again! More
