I spoke to the service department prior to dropping off and was told that appointment times are strictly followed. My service was expected to take 30 minutes so I planned on waiting. I was told that servi and was told that appointment times are strictly followed. My service was expected to take 30 minutes so I planned on waiting. I was told that service would take 90 minutes when I checked in because “there is no telling when a mechanic would be available”. What’s the point of an appointment time if you don’t have someone available at that time? More

I went in for the first time to do the 6mth service on my RAV4. I met with Shedrick who was very informative and helpful. I had purchased a steering wheel cover and Shedrick said he could put it on for me. RAV4. I met with Shedrick who was very informative and helpful. I had purchased a steering wheel cover and Shedrick said he could put it on for me. Now we all know how hard it is to get those covers on, and it was so nice of him to offer and do. Great person. I also met Wesley in the parts dept. Great person also. Help me pick out a sunshade, the steering wheel cover and weather floor mats. Very friendly and made my purchase stress free. Thank you both.
