Lied about everything. I made appointment, my car was supposed to be done in 4 hours I needed up getting it 7 hours later! Nobody answers in service and definitely don’t return the messages you leave. Al supposed to be done in 4 hours I needed up getting it 7 hours later! Nobody answers in service and definitely don’t return the messages you leave. Also my writer wouldn’t answer his phone and I was left high and dry not being able to pick my daughter up from school. I have purchased 4 vehicles there but obviously I will never go back. I would advise everyone to stay away from this dealership. Customer service and customer care has become non existent, especially at this dealership More

The 1st time I came for the 5,000 mile service they just made me wait over an hour in the hot sun and failed to do anything to the car. I left with the maintenance soon light still on and my tire pressure made me wait over an hour in the hot sun and failed to do anything to the car. I left with the maintenance soon light still on and my tire pressure light still on as well. This time they actually did maintenance on the car. Checking in was a smooth process and it took approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours. However, I did not wait on the premises so it was fine. The pick up process was done as well. This 10,000 mile service experience was much better than the 5,000 mile maintenance. More
